$3 Million Bail Set For Woman Accused in River Edge Double Murder

Newburgh, N.Y. woman did not enter a plea in her first court appearance.

A 49-year-old New York woman accused of killing her ex-boyfriend and a River Edge woman is being held on $3 million bail after her first court appearance Friday.  Monica Mogg, of Newburgh, N.Y., nor her attorney, David Goldstein, entered a plea on her behalf. Mogg has been accused of shooting Arthur Noeldechen and stabbing Lillian Kim to death in a Millbrook Road home on Oct. 30 after stalking the couple for months, the Bergen County Prosecutor's Office said. She was arrested in Connecticut late on Oct. 31 and recently transported back to Bergen County. Police located Noeldechan and Kim during a welfare check on the Millbrook Road house. Ex-girlfriend in Connecticut State Police Custody on Double Homicide Charges

Connecticut State Police took Monica Mogg into custody Wednesday afternoon for her alleged role in a double homicide in River Edge

A 49-year-old Newburgh, NY resident has been arrested in Connecticut in connection to a double homicide_in River Edge. Monica Mogg, is the former girlfriend of one of the victims, Arthur Noeldechan, 52, of Washingtonville, NY. She was charged with two counts of first degree murder and arraigned in Hartford Superior Court on Thursday. "On Wednesday Oct. 31 at approximately 2:21 p.m., the River Edge Police Department was requested to conduct a welfare check on the residence of 784 Millbrook Road," Bergen County Prosecutor John Molinelli stated in a press release.
