$3 Million Bail Set For Woman Accused in River Edge Double Murder

A 49-year-old New York woman accused of killing her ex-boyfriend and a River Edge woman is being held on $3 million bail after her first court appearance Friday. Monica Mogg, of Newburgh, N.Y., nor her attorney, David Goldstein, entered a plea on her behalf. Mogg has been accused of shooting Arthur Noeldechen and stabbing Lillian Kim to death in a Millbrook Road home on Oct. 30 after stalking the couple for months, the Bergen County Prosecutor's Office said. She was arrested in Connecticut late on Oct. 31 and recently transported back to Bergen County. Police located Noeldechan and Kim during a welfare check on the Millbrook Road house.
