The Crusaders went on a 17-12 run during the 2009-10 season. After dropping the season opener, 53-49 to DePaul, BC rebounded winning the Indian Hills Holiday Basketball Festival over Hackensack. BC continued its win-streak in the Bergen County Jamboree, knocking off Cliffside Park, Teaneck, and Don Bosco before falling to Paramus Catholic in the finals, 59-54. The squad later fell in the Round of 16 State Tournament against Seton Hall Prep. The 17-10 Golden Hawks had an up-and-down season. Highlights included defending their Bergen Holiday Festival title over Rutherford, a run in the Bergen County Jamboree (though falling to eventually county champions Paramus Catholic) and a deep run in the State Tournament before meeting the Pequannock …
