The Oradell Parks and Recreation Department, led by Recreation Director Douglas Parcells, oversees the four recreation facilities and two pocket parts located within Oradell. Grant Field, Hoffman Field and Memorial Field include Little League baseball/softball fields, basketball courts and playground equipment. The Doug Parcells Athletic Complex, comprised of a turf field, serves recreational baseball, softball, soccer, football and lacrosse teams.
