Established in 1957 by the Blauvelt-Demarest Foundation, the Hiram Blauvelt Art Museum focuses on the promotion and conservation of wildlife art. Past exhibitions include "Biodiversity in the Art of Carel Pieter van Kempen," "The Wild Side," "Africa & Beyond: The Art and Adventures of Simon CombesBrest" and "Four Seasons," among others. Hiram Blauvelt was a philanthropist, conservationist and collector.
