Located on the corner of Westervelt Place and Lake Avenue, Habitat received approval from the Zoning Board of Adjustment to create two duplexes comprised of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a one-car garage and a driveway.

Work on the project is expected to begin on April 14 starting with the demolition of the current dilapidated house on the property. From there, volunteers will pour concrete foundations and begin framing the structures.
