Seven Crusaders Appear on All-Metro Lists

MSG Varsity released its top football athlete rankings and Bergen Catholic was heavily favored

This year's 2012 campaign may not have ended how the Bergen Catholic Crusaders invisioned with a Non Public Group 4 trophyarch rival Don Bosco Prep in the state semifinals. But for seven members of the squad, they received one final accolade to their name as they were listed to MSG Varsity's All-Metro Teams.

“This year MSG Varsity covered 185 high school football games, giving viewers the opportunity to watch these players excel throughout the fall season,” said MSG Varsity’s Mike Quick in a press release. “Each year I’m honored to recognize these talented athletes on my show for what they’ve already accomplished on the field.”

Seniors JJ Kulscar (wide receiver) and Jon Germano (all-around) and junior Kurt Holuba (defensive lineman) were named to the First Team while senior defensive back Kyle Queiro joined the Second Team.
