River Dell Middle School Back to School Night Tuesday, Single Session Day

River Dell Middle School is hosting Back to School Night Tuesday, Sept. 17, from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Students will be dismissed at 12:05 p.m. For Back to School Night, 'A' Day schedules will be followed. Click here to obtain a blank schedule and fill in your child's 'A' day classes. Parents should report to your child's first period 'A' Day class at 7 p.m.

Here's your opportunity to walk through your child's schedule, meet the principal, their teachers, become acquainted with other parents and inhabit your child's middle school world for two hours to get a feel for the lay of the middle school land.

With each teacher giving you an overview of the class curriculum, you'll understand what is expected of your child. You'll learn about the subject material, grading process, class projects and special trips.

Although teachers will answer general questions during Back to School Night, specific questions regarding your child should not be asked. Most teachers will have sign-ups on Back to School Night for parents to schedule private parent-teacher conferences to address any concerns they may have regarding their child's performance.
