Oradell Motorcyclist Accused of Fleeing Cops After Riding Wrong Way Near Airport

Man faces eluding arrest and forging his license plate charges in addition to nine traffic summonses, according to report.

A Bergen County man who didn't have a driver's license and altered the plates on his motorcycle led authorities on a chase Saturday afternoon from Newark Airport, according to the Port Authority.

Ralph A. Annunziata, 35, of Oradell, was charged with eluding arrest and forging his license plate and also received nine traffic summonses, according to NorthJersey.com.

The chase began when Annunziata refused to stop when police tried pulling him over for riding his motorcycle the wrong way on the Express Road in front of Terminal A, according to NorthJersey.com.

Annunziata caused several accidents, got onto Interstate 78 and was apprehended when he exited the highway and got stuck in traffic near the Newark-Irvington border, according to NorthJersey.com.
