Services for Pellettere are Scheduled for Tomorrow

Services for , 37, of River Edge will be held tomorrow at the Beaugard Funeral Home from 2 to 4pm and from 7 to 9pm. As a longtime member of , a funeral mass will be held on Thursday, 10:30am.

Members of will muster outside of the squad building at 7:30pm on Wednesday for a New Jersey State First Aid Council service at 8pm.

Pellettere, who died on Jan. 16, was an Instructional Teachers aide at Norman S. Weir Elementary School in Paterson. He was a Parishioner of St. Peter The Apostle R.C. Church in River Edge as well as a member of their Men’s Cornerstone. 

Devoted to helping others he volunteered as a coach for the Norman S. Weir Elementary School basketball team, a coach for the Paterson Mustang football league, the Special Olympics (Paterson Chapter) along with serving with REVAS for the past year.

In honor of his memory, Pellettere's name has been added to the Morristown Ambulance Squad's Memorial page. The site lists any EMT's, Police Officers and Firefighters that have died in the line of duty.

He is survived by his wife Danielle (nee Cirino) and children Jessica and Michael. He is also survived by his parents James and Betty Jean Pellettere of Paterson, his brothers James and his wife Delores of Paterson, and Scott and his wife Samantha of Midland Park, parents-in-law Stephen and Donna Cirino of River Edge, brother-in-law Jason and his wife Nealie Cirino of Conn., and several nieces and nephews.

Cremation will be private. Memorial donations may be made to The Pellettere Children’s Education Fund C/O River Edge Vol. Ambulance Corps. P O Box 44, River Edge NJ 07661 (donations should be made payable to the Ambulance Corp). Envelopes will be provided at the funeral home.
