 Whale Blue Eye, a classic rock band featuring River Edge
residents, will be appearing at Mexicali Live in Teaneck  this Friday night, October 19th
along with jam band Scarecrow Collection. Led by singer and guitarist, Gavin
Stewart, Whale Blue Eye plays music from artists such as Jimi Hendrix, Cream,
and Stevie Ray Vaughan, as well as originals. Gavin’s brother, Brian, plays
bass and was an original member of Wig Jam, the popular Grateful Dead cover
band. Joining Whale Blue on drums is Dennis Leeflang, who has played with such
nationally known acts as Lita Ford and Ron “Bumblefoot” Thal of Guns n Roses .
Whale Blue Eye is committed to playing authentic blues-based rock in a live, power
trio setting. Whale Blue Eye invites you to come out to the show and support live
music in Bergen County.
