Body Mind Studios / Body Mind Systems is hosting a Tai Chi Zen Workshop on September 21st - 2:30pm - 5:00pm featuring Ping Zhen Cheng.

Taichizen contains a simple 18 minute daily movement sequence. It uses five postures of mind-body-spirit re-alignment in standing, sitting, lying and walking postures. It takes you through three basic vertical energy lines and seven spiraling loops. You will learn to manifest multiple mind-body Mandela figures for the balance and transformation of your energy, emotions and consciousness.
