National Prescription Drug Take Back Day will be held on Saturday, October 26th
at the River Edge Police Department from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. This initiative is held through the Drug Enforcement Administration at promotes proper drug disposal. Unwanted medications that can be dropped off include all prescription medications, over the counter medications, vitamins, pet medicines, medicated ointments/lotions, inhalers and liquid in leak proof containers. This is a good opportunity to clean out your medicine cabinets and properly dispose all unwanted medications.
