The First Congregational Church in River Edge, a congregation of the United Church of Christ, will hold a "Christmas-in-July" celebration during the 10 a.m. service of worship on Sunday, July 21.
The church sanctuary will be decorated for Christmas and Christmas hymns will be sung. Christmas scripture readings will be featured and the sermon will have a Christmas theme. The Rev. Charles F. Holm, pastor of the church, will preach.
Summer church school will be offered from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m.; child care will be available.
A Christmas fellowship time, including Christmas cookies, will follow the service and church school.
