Florida Man Sues River Edge McDonald's Over Spilled Coffee
A 54 year-old Florida man claiming that he suffered serious burns from coffee that spilled onto his lap while dining at the River Edge McDonald's in August 2011 is suing the McDonald's Corporation. Francisco Rafael Borbolla said that he received second degree burns because a server at the River Edge McDonald's failed to properly secure the lid to his coffee cup, resulting in the hot coffee spilling onto his lap as he sat down at a table, severely burning his genital area.River Edge Swears in New Police Officer
