United Water hosted their second annual "Run the Reservoir " Half Marathon this weekend and effectively shutting down parts of Kinderkamack and Oradell Roads for a few hours. The Oradell Borough Council approved a resolution last week to award the sale of a perpetual lease for the cell tower located at the Department of Public Works site near the Hackensack River. The purchase of the cellular communications ground lease was awarded to the highest bidder, Crown Castle Towers 09, LLC, for $2.1 million.
