River Edge Surgeon Named Partner in Westchester Practice

Nebil Bill Aydin was recently named a partner in the New York Group for Plastic Surgery as the center expands throughout Westchester and Orange Counties

A plastic surgeon from River Edge was recently made partner in a Westchester-based practice as Dr. Nebil Bill Aydin will continue to perform cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgery with the New York Group for Plastic Surgery (NYGPS).

Aydin's promotion to partner comes on the heels of the NYGPS also announcing that is is expanding its presence in the Hudson Valley area with a new office in Cortlandt Manor and adding to current offices in Tarrytown and Goshen, NY.

“People seeking treatment with the New York Group for Plastic Surgery are cared for by highly skilled surgeons, and we continue to innovate and update our techniques performing hundreds of surgeries each year,” said Dr. C. Aydin was born in Istanbul, Turkey and emigrated to Los Angeles, Calif., at the age of 16. He attend the University of California, Berkeley before moving to the East Coast to study medicine at New York Medical College and his General Surgery residency at Saint Vincent’s Hospital and Medical Center in Manhattan.

He completed his Plastic Surgery Residency at Wayne University/ Detroit Medical Center in Detroit, Mich., and a Burn Fellowship at Westchester Medical Center in Valhalla, NY.

The father of four specializes in reconstruction for serious burns, breast cancer and traumatic injuries, with advanced training and experience in microsurgery and free tissue transfer. 

He is an Assistant Professor of Surgery at New York Medical College and Attending Surgeon at Westchester Medical Center in Valhalla, NY
