New Stores at Shops at Riverside Feature Top-Name Designers

The high-end Hackensack Mall is welcoming several new storefronts including Kate Spade, Stuart Weitzman and Tory Burch

The Shops at Riverside welcomes the arrival of top designers Kate Spade, Stuart Weitzman and Tory Burch among other high-end retailers opening soon at Bergen County’s premiere retail shopping destination.

Known for creating signature handbags featuring playful, chic and graphic designs, Kate Spade also will carry the designer’s signature shoes, eyewear, stationery and home accessories in its new location, which is slated to open this fall. Currently under construction, the 1,900-square-foot store will be located on Level One in the Saks Fifth Avenue wing.

Kate Spade’s arrival follows on the heels of footwear designer Stuart Weitzman and fashion designer Tory Burch, which recently were added to The Shops at Riverside’s roster of specialty retailers. With footwear that epitomizes fashion, fit and comfort, Stuart Weitzman’s 1,700-square-foot location carries the season’s latest styles, as well as handbags and other accessories, on Level One, across from Ann Taylor. Tory Burch brings a luxury lifestyle collection of classic American sportswear, shoes and accessories accented with a modern flair to its new 2,000-plus-square-foot space on Level One near Talbot’s.

Besides these popular designers joining The Shops at Riverside, Arhaus Furniture is on track to open an upscale gallery of handcrafted and high-end home goods this fall, occupying two floors and more than 18,000 square feet. The store will be located between Maggiano’s Little Italy’s entrance and Salvatore Ferragamo on Level One and across from Bloomingdale’s on Level Two. This new location will be Arhaus’ 41st store in the United States and only second in New Jersey.

In addition to new tenants moving in, Papyrus, an existing tenant and seller of fine greeting cards, Marcel Schurman Creations and other unique gift items, recently relocated to a larger, 1,700-square-foot store near Bloomingdale’s, across from its former space on Level One.
