Spencer Savings Bank Announces Appointment of Stephen W. Revis as Vice President and Director of Commercial and Industrial Lending

Spencer Savings Bank, a community bank headquartered in Elmwood Park, N.J., announces the appointment of Stephen W. Revis as Vice President and Director of Commercial and Industrial Lending. Revis will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the bank’s commercial & industrial lending operation, which provides credit to small to medium-sized business owners.

Prior to joining Spencer Savings Bank, Revis served as Vice President of Credit Risk Management for Valley National Bank in Wayne, N.J., where he was in charge of managing the global credit risk management process for large clients. He has also served as Executive Vice President and Chief Credit and Business Development Officer for New Millennium Bank in New Brunswick, N.J., and Senior Vice President/Division Manager of New Jersey and Middle Atlantic Business/Governmental Banking for JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A.
