Acting Classes for Older Adults - Fun!

ARTS FOR LIFE AND GARAGE THEATRE GROUP JOIN FORCES IN A COURSE FOR OLDER ADULTS

The Arts for Life Network of New Jersey and the Garage Theatre Group (GTG) are joining together to reach out to active adults 50+ with a 3-week series of acting classes taught by Michael Bias, GTG’S artistic/producing director. Geared to both novices and those wishing to brush up their acting skills, the classes will take place on Tuesdays, June 3, 10 and 17 at 10:30 am. They will be held on-stage at the GTG’s home, Becton Theater at Fairleigh Dickinson University, 960 River Road in Teaneck. The fee for a single class is $15, or $40 for all three.  Artist-teacher Michael Bias, who co-founded the theatre company twenty years ago, has directed/produced more than 100 plays and musicals.  Theatre games, improv and short scenes.
