Rescue Miley From Her Second Stay at the Shelter

Meet Miley a sweet female Labrador who has been at the shelter twice and needs a patient family to give her the love she deserves.

Miley is a female Labrador who isn't too unfamiliar with the shelter environment as it is her second stay here. The shelter is looking for a patient family who is willing to allow her into their home and hearts and give her plenty of time to adjust to her new life. Because she seems to be more on the independent side, it is hoped she will come out of her shell the more she is handled and walked. She is still a bit wary in her kennel so we are asking for potential adopters to please not judge her by her kennel presence. There is a spark in Miley's eyes that cannot be denied. She just needs a loving and caring family to help ignite that spark into the bright and powerful flame she can be. Bergen County Anima Shelter

At 6 months, this 53 pound sweetheart will certainly be a handful. Paris, a Cane Corso Mastiff, was brought to the shelter because her owner was moving and couldn't take her along. Spectacularly well socialized, Paris is ready to meet anyone and anything. It is advised that adopters continue the socialization process, especially with puppies her age and size. Puppy classes are highly recommended. Adopters must have the time and patience that goes into training a young dog.
Mr. Biggs is quite the gentle giant. This is his second visit to the shelter unfortunately. His owners had to move and were unable to bring him along, but his loveable and charming personality has stayed the same. Energetic and playful, this 80 pound two year old American Bulldog will be a handful so he will need a strong and confident leader to give him some guidance and leash training. Due to his large size and arousal rate, small kids may be intimidated by him.
Aerial is a super sweet and very cute 7 year old girl. She was brought to the shelter when her owner lost his job. Aerial is good with other cats. She will be microchipped before leaving the shelter.
Sydney is one of our senior cats. He is about 13 years old and front declawed. Sydney's previous owners told us that he was good with children. Sydney will be up to date with shots and microchipped before leaving the shelter.
