Newest River Edge Pizza Kitchen Celebrates Ribbon Cutting

Open on Kinderkamack Road since early February, River Edge Pizza Kitchen recently celebrated its ribbon cutting ceremony

Having opened just before the Super Bowl, River Edge Pizza Kitchen on Kinderkamack Road recently celebrated its official ribbon cutting ceremony last week.

Owned by longtime borough residents Roberto and Francine Maglocchetti, the couple took over the space vacated by Forero's New York Gourmet Pizzeria after an eight-year break from the pizza business. The Maglocchetti's previously owned Roberto's Pizza further north on Kinderkamack Road.

Along with usual pizza kitchen fare like pizzas, pasta and heroes, the Maglocchetti's have also broadened their menu with gluten-free and vegan options for diners to choose from.

Among their gluten-free menu items are chicken parm, calamari, pasta fagioli, mussells, and garlic bread which all use corn starch in the recipe. Any hero, pizza pie or pasta dish can be made gluten-free.

Delivery is available to residents in New Milford, Paramus, Emerson, Oradell, Westwood, River Edge and parts of Hackensack currently. Diners in a rush can pick-up from the Kinderkamack Road pizza kitchen.
