Memorial Day Events are Monday
Oradell and River Edge remember those who gave their lives in service to their country.
Oradell will remember and pay tribute to the many who have died in military service on Monday with Memorial Day ceremonies starting at 9 a.m. at the World War II Monument at the corner of Prospect and Park Avenues. Prior to that the Veterans' Assembly will start at 8:15am at Hoffman Field then proceed to the Rossi Memorial.
The River Edge Memorial Day Parade starts at 10:30am from Wales Avenue and continues down Millbrook Avenue to Continental to the Veteran's Memorial Park in front of the tennis courts. The ceremony at Veteran's Memorial Park begins at 11am.
