BCHS has a variety of volunteer opportunities for adults or teenagers (minimum age 16 years old).  Younger volunteers can serve as a tour guide during special events; a docent to welcome visitors to the historic houses, staffing the gift shop, serving refreshments or participating in living history demonstrations or tours.

Those volunteers that are 18 or older: can work as a gardener for the Campbell-Christie House; a library assistant to operate the Society's library and document collections which are located at Felician College in Lodi; or help publicize and promote membership, events, lectures or discussions.
